The principals of Ribacchi-Weck each have 20 years of real estate appraisal experience, in addition to possessing the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute and their State of California general certified license.

Our unique group of appraisal staff members is highly educated with a wealth of industry education, knowledge, and experience. Each staff member has participated in our extensive training program in order to become proficient in all areas of appraisal problem solving. In addition, our staff is required to adhere to a broad continuing education program that ensures our compliance with the latest standards and practices. Accordingly, all appraisers are encouraged to obtain the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.

In addition to the general practice, each of the senior appraisers has developed areas of specialization, allowing the firm to accept and complete, with confidence, even the most demanding of valuation assignments.

Finally, our fully trained staff of research analysts and support personnel allows us to provide a high level of service and reporting that is extremely thorough, highly accurate, and timely.

Richard A. Ribacchi, MAI , received his Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Southern California. Mr. Ribacchi holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is licensed in California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Mr. Ribacchi has been actively engaged as a Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant since 1981, and has provided these services to clients throughout Northern and Central California. Mr. Ribacchi is skilled in the appraisal of all traditional property types, as well as numerous special purpose properties, including landfills, movie theatres and fast-food restaurants.  

Robin S. Weck, MAI received his Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fresno. Mr. Weck holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is licensed in California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Mr. Weck has been actively engaged as a Real Estate Appraiser, Broker and Consultant since 1986. In 2001, Robin joined Richard in forming Ribacchi-Weck, Inc., which has grown to be one of the area's most respected full-service Real Estate and Consulting firms. In addition to the appraisal of traditional property types, Mr. Weck has completed numerous market studies and appraisals for skilled nursing and or assisted living facilities.
